Telecommunication industry is one of the largest and pioneer industries in Bangladesh. This sector boomed in the last decade by the virtue of continuous promotion and efficient initiatives by Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) with significant support from the Ministry of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology. This sector includes six (6) numbers of giant mobile operators, two (2) numbers of PSTN operators including government owned largest and historic PSTN Company named Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Ltd (BTCL), twenty five (25) numbers of Interconnection Exchanges (ICX), twenty nine (29) number of International Gateway companies (IGW), two (2) number of NTTN companies as well as a number of IIGs and ISPs. Fortunately we, Ringtech Bangladesh Ltd, is contributing this industry as one of the 25 proud ICXs. The license was awarded by BTRC dated 12th April 2012 with a view to facilitate interconnection opportunities to all Telecom Operators (ANSs) and IGWs. It also ensures continuous revenue growth to BTRC as well as control, mitigate and root out the number of illegal voice traffic termination by the miscreants. We are proudly providing interconnection services at Dhaka- the capital of Bangladesh, Sylhet- the holy land of Hazrat Shahjalal and Chittagong the port city.
